This coffee has a full, rich flavor with a bit of sweetness and delicate bright notes. It’s a really easy coffee to drink, I have had it in the French press, as an espresso and as a cappuccino and they have all been delicious.
The Chiapas 'appellation' as it is known extends from the South East of the country up to the border with Guatemala. The farmers in this region have been farming coffee naturally under shade canopy and have had the organic status for many years now.
