This farm lies at 950m above sea level, in the 'Triangle Mineiro' in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais. All production is 100% organic and 100% Arabicas, varieties include Acaia, Catucai, Mundo, Novo, Bourbon and Icatu. The process is pulped natural, a process made famous by Brazil, giving a sweeter coffee than washed arabicas.

The owners of this farm are dedicated to 100% organic farming practices and have been at the forefront and are internationally renowned for this fact.
