This coffee has a fine balance between body and acidity. One of my favourites, it has the characteristics typical of East African coffees. I love this coffee, not only because of the fact that I spent 14 years in Malawi, but it has such depth and character to it
This coffee comes from the SCFT 'Smallholder Coffee Farmers Trust' made up of some 3500 farmers in five growing regions across northern Malawi. The coffee is grown at attitudes of between 1,600m and 2000 m on terraces in order to avoid erosion.
